DHS Zinc Shampoo
Zinc Pyrithione inhibits yeast growth and possesses mild anti-inflammatory properties that help to reduce redness and itching on the scalp. If you suffer from seborrheic dermatitis, or dandruff, using a therapeutic shampoo 2-3 times a week depending on severity, will reduce yeast and inflammation, leaving your scalp calm and clear.
Begin by getting your hair and scalp wet, massaging shampoo in, and letting it sit 2-3 minutes before rinsing it out and conditioning.
Remember: Shampoo is applied to the scalp to avoid drying strands of hair; while conditioner is applied to the last few inches of hair ends to prevent buildup of wax and oils on scalp which feed yeast colonies.

NOW Supplements, Pumpkin Seed Oil 1000 mg
Studies have demonstrated Pumpkin seed oil (PSO) has been shown to block the action of 5-alpha reductase and to have antiandrogenic effects at 400mg daily by mouth for 6 months.
PSO is a natural and comparable equivalent to products like minoxidil (also known as Rogaine) which are traditionally applied topically for both male and female pattern baldness.
Take one of these daily as a vital complement to any hair loss or hair loss prevention regimen.

NOW Supplements, Vitamin D-3 2,000 IU
Vitamin D is intricately involved in various signaling pathways of growth and differentiation of hair follicles. Most studies show an inverse relationship between serum vitamin D levels and non-scarring alopecias such as telogen effluvium, androgenetic alopecia, alopecia areata, and scarring alopecia.
Now pharmaceuticals is a third party tested brand of quality and efficacious products.

NOW Supplements, Zinc Picolinate 50 mg
It has long been suggested that Zn plays an important role in hair loss. A number of studies have shown reduced serum zinc in individuals with Androgenetic Alopecia. Progression of Androgenetic Alopecia can be effectively reduced by regular intake of L-Carnitine and zinc.
Chronic telogen effluvium (TE) is also associated with low levels of serum zinc likely due to zinc’s participation in the metabolism of a number of trace elements and vitamins. Additionally, the lack of Zinc promotes oxidative stress, and consequently, oxidative damage to DNA, proteins, and lipids. In other words, if you want to support hair follicle health, your immune system, and prevent aging and preserve mental acuity - put the apple away and take a zinc a day!

Dermorganic Sulfate Free Conditioning Shampoo with Argan Oil
Many individuals subscribe to the idea that washing their hair every night will dry it out. Wives tails tell women to wash their hair as little as possible: once a week, or even once a month.
What they don’t realize is that everyone’s body is covered in yeast, a natural part of our microbiome flora. However, when yeast overgrows, it can become symptomatic and bothersome, causing itching and scaling which is often mistaken for “dryness.”
In actuality, yeast thrives in damp, warm environments, and flourishes in the presence of inflammation. When scalp follicles become blocked by the buildup of oil from hair, the natural process of exfoliation is blocked and yeast can feast.
This shampoo is safe to use every night to gently encourage exfoliation of the scalp. Alternate it with DHS Zinc Shampoo to reduce inflammation and yeast overgrowth without drying.

doTERRA Rosemary Essential Oil
Therapeutic grade Rosemary Essential Oil has been compared to minoxidil clinically with improved outcomes for scalp itching as well as androgenetic alopecia (male or female pattern baldness).
Rosemary and peppermint oils increase localized circulation in the skin when applied topically and massaged. This may support hair growth and delivery of nutrients to the follicle. Massage 1-2 drops of either oil into the scalp a few times a week, being careful to avoid contact with eyes.

PRP for Hairloss
Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) is a highly concentrated serum that is rich in growth factors and obtained from your own blood. These growth factors regulate and induce a number of remodeling and rejuvenating pathways wherever they are directed. Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) rejuvenation can help support scalp health and increase hair growth through a directed influx of concentrated growth factors which stimulate follicles naturally. Responses in hair growth can often be seen within 1 month, with treatments repeated monthly for best results.
The quality of the PRP isolate depends specifically on the type of system used to concentrate the growth factors. Inquire before you purchase any packages and specifically look for practices who tell you they use a ProGen or Emcyte system.
